Sonakshi Sinha, who was part of Dabanng (2010) and Dabanng 2 (2012), might not score a hat-trick as far as the franchise is concerned.
Buzz is, she will not be a part of Salman Khan’s Dabangg 3. Producer Arbaaz Khan, we hear, has already started scouting for an actress to play his brother’s female lead.
It all started when the Sultan actor, who launched Sonakshi in Bollywood with Dabanng, offered Arbaaz’s production Dolly Ki Doli (2015) to her. But Shatrughan Sinha’s laadli beti turned down the offer, rubbing Salman the wrong way.
The two even had a showdown at Salman’s sister Arpita’s wedding in November 2014, and it had ended with the actress breaking down. Since then, they have not been on talking terms.
Says a source close to Salman, “He is not keen on working with Sonakshi. So, the producers are looking out for another actress. Nobody has been finalised yet.”
